Who we are

800prep is a Digital SAT preparation service operated by Lama Prep. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, reach us using the contact details at the end.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp/phone number.
• Your diagnostic-test answers and scores, and your practice/homework/mock results if you have a student account.
• Anything you send us over WhatsApp.

You can take the free diagnostic as a guest, without creating an account.

How we collect it

• The free webinar sign-up form.
• The payment / invoice-request form.
• The free diagnostic test.
• Student-account registration.
• WhatsApp messages you send us.

Why we use it

• To deliver classes and course materials.
• To send invoices and confirm payment.
• To send the webinar link.
• To return your diagnostic results and worked solutions.
• To contact you about your enrolment.

Marketing

From time to time we may email you about upcoming batches, the free webinar, study tips and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or message us on WhatsApp — and we'll stop straight away. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the service:

• Payoneer — to send payment requests and process payments.
• WhatsApp / Meta — for messaging, and the Meta Pixel described under Cookies below.
• Amazon Web Services — website and database hosting.
• Google — email delivery for account and enrolment messages.

We do not sell your personal data.

Students under 18

Most SAT students are minors. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian give consent before submitting your details. A parent or guardian may request access to, or deletion of, their child's information on their behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are enrolled or in active contact with us, and for up to 24 months afterwards, after which we delete or anonymise it — unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, contact us by email or WhatsApp (below).

Cookies & similar technologies

• Essential cookies — a secure login cookie for student/admin accounts, and a guest identifier so the free diagnostic works without an account.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — on our public pages, to measure our ads and reach people who've visited the site. It's provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Local storage — kept in your browser to remember your study-plan progress and to avoid re-showing pop-ups.
